Humans aren’t the best at reading. Well, I’m not.
Whether the words read like a song or are as dry as stale bread, sometimes the information just doesn’t stick. At times like these, reading doesn’t compare to how much information we can get from an image.
I’ve been asked a few times about our images on the HelpDocs knowledge base. What do we use to annotate them? Do they take a long time? The answer is Apple Preview and no, they don’t.
I thought it was time to write about some of the tools you can use to illustrate the point you’re trying to make. Tools that let you point, circle, and reduce the confusion with an image. 
By using annotated images, you’ll save a boatload of time and money on customer support. Who doesn’t love that? 🚤
