Hey 👋
June was another big month for HelpDocs with a bunch of fixes, key updates, and fresh new releases shipped.

Jake and Jarratt also officially welcomed me (Matt 👋) to the team. I’ll be helping scale HelpDocs while writing some (hopefully) exciting blog posts, and jumping in to help out on the support side.

I’m really looking forward to getting to know you all 🙃
As Jake and Jarratt don’t like blowing their own trumpets, one of my main goals is to make sure you all know about the excellent work they’re doing. And highlighting how they’re building HelpDocs into the incredible platform you know and love.
With that in mind, the most exciting news for me to share is that we have already shipped another exceptional feature: Stale.
Stale is a way for you to take control of your out of date articles and keep your knowledge base fresh. I won’t hard sell it. You can find out more about how it works here, or go ahead and play with it in your own HelpDocs accounts. 💪
We’ve also published a new customer story featuring the epic team at Sia, and a few great blog posts attached below.
As usual, we’ve included a bunch of interesting articles and videos, we’ve found from all over the interwebs. 🕸
Let me know what you think about all of this great stuff. I’m looking forward to meeting you all in social, on support, and via email.

✌️ Matt
