We expect new users to be as excited about using our product as we are when we book a hotel or when we purchase a new phone.
But these feelings aren’t there by chance. They’ve been specifically designed to make you feel that way. A lot of work goes into it.
You might not be a powerhouse like Marriott or Apple, but there are ways to get users excited about—or at least help them understand the benefits—without thousands of employees working around the clock.
